Preface-
    Bob Winter; a careered industrial engineer, spanning more than 40 years, whose occupation as material handling equipment engineer included world-wide travel educating in the field of heavy industry, resolving service-related equipment problems, and designing test equipment.  Mr. Winters diverse education began with grass-root knowledge, gleaned from childhood living on a farm; learning the properties of materials, basic construction, plumbing, mechanics, machine operation theory, and safe operation.

    Military service in advanced electronics followed, then employment at Clark Equipment company, which Bob considers an exceptional educational experience, where he became skilled in industrial vehicle systems and construction, engine and electric vehicle design, basic and advanced hydraulics design, pneumatics systems design, while also continuing his education in electronics; resolving problems that included re-engineering poorly designed systems.  

    Having such a wide collection of skills tasked Winter with learning multiple disciplines, to the fullest extent possible, necessary for industry.  This also proved extremely useful when, during the 1980’s, he and Penny Winter began private research dedicated to water energetics and Ormus.  With the advent of Ormus Academy coordinated by Chris Emmons RPh, a close colleague of Bob and Penny Winter, their research can now be fully explored.

Demystifying Quarks

To most physicists, these little sprite like objects must seem like the most mysterious and aggravating of the host of known quantum size (really small) subatomic particles. They are reported to just “pop” into existence in our reality, or at least where we can however momentarily observe them. They tend to just dart quickly about seemingly irrationally defying all known laws of physics. Then just as mysteriously they may “pop” back out of existence apparently into nothing. This would leave the observing physicists saying, “What the *(#)*(^)(8 was that?” They named the particles that do this “Quarks”. If they do not just disappear, they are also reported to combine to one another and become the building blocks for larger particles such as mesons and neutrinos. These particles are then noted to be the basis for even larger ones, photons, and electrons etc. But, again, were do these little surprise packages “Quarks” originate and how?

If one understands the laws of fluid dynamics at work in the quantum realm this then becomes a relatively simple mater to understand. What follows is the authors understanding of this concept, based on observations in aqueous solutions observed under strong microscopic experiments, that quantum fluid dynamics are basically fractals of observed particle behavior in larger fluid filled vessels.

Based on over four decades of private research dedicated to water energies the below explanation is believed to be accurate. However as with any scientific work, this should be approached and evaluated based on your understanding and on facts not unverifiable theories, popular myths, or hearsay.

Some known facts to begin with!

1. The basic building block of elements in our reality is the atom.

2. Atoms are shown to be spherical in shape as documented in images taken by scanning electron microscopes. And atoms are constructed from smaller substances.

3. Our high power optical microscopic work (up to1,200 x 10 x 7 x 24 = 2,000,000 plus optics) shows molecules to be constructed of spherical objects of varying colors and sizes somehow bound together.

4. Microscopic examination also shows all larger structures in our reality to be constructed of atom spheres in clusters of various shapes and strings of various lengths. Most of the small clusters take on a spherical shape.

5. Gazing out into space the Hubble telescope and all others around the world show us that all planets and celestial objects are spherical.

6. Smashing atoms and their electrons has proven they are constructed of even smaller energy particles all the way down to and including Quarks.

7. All particles and clusters of them emit an energy frequency vibration that is unique to their size and mass.

8. Radio frequencies are transmitted more efficiently requiring less energy as the frequency increases.

9. In electric systems current in the form of electron flow will pass trough a system from a negative potential (excess electrons) to a positive potential (reduced electrons). The electron source must have more pressure on or in it.

10. Water flows down hill. More pressure must exist up hill than down hill.

11. Atmospheric winds blow from high pressure to lower pressure.

12. Like magnetic poles repel and unlike poles move together. So, magnets have an inherit form of pressure.

13. An increasing electric magnetic field encounters a delay. It is increasing against some form of resistive pressure. This is called Inductive Reactance. While a collapsing magnetic field experiences almost none. The initial resistive pressure is returning the energy and creating the collapsing field. Energy is converted when consumed not lost though some portion may not be recoverable.

14. Electronic frequencies are each a specific wave length and respond to antennas of tuned length. TV antennas use multiple radials of different lengths to efficiently tune in different channels.

15. If one forms a vacuum in the atmosphere using some device, atmospheric pressure will be applied to the outside of the container and all equal areas will have equal force applied.

16. An inflated balloon will most generally form a sphere unless the basic structured elastic form is an elongated tube. Then it will be a round cylinder with a hemispherical far end.

17. Lighter (less structured) elements in the atmosphere rise up toward the stratosphere and beyond.

18. An object sitting on a surface will stay put until someone or something applies unequal (force) energy to it and moves it.

19. An object moving will stay moving in a straight line and essentially forever unless it encounters resistance (opposition to movement) or a redirecting unequal force.

20. Aircraft create lift and fly by creating differential pressure above and below their airfoils.

21. Pistons in internal combustion engines move from high pressure of fuel burning above the piston toward lower atmospheric pressure below the piston.

22. The study of fractals in nature indicates that the large is very often a product of a patterned shape of the small. Quartz crystals are a prime example.

23. The basic known facts of thermo dynamics has proven that energy consumed in one form is changed to equal energy of a different form. It is not just used up and forever gone! But, some non-recoverable loss during each change is evident as in # 13.

24. A glass sitting on a counter that seems empty is not. It is full of air. You may fill it with water and say it is now full, yet it is not. You may add some pure alcohol. This will take up some of the space between the water molecules. Now you may say it is full. Yet it is still not full. Now you may add some refined acid. This will take up the free spaces between the water and the alcohol. Now you may say the glass is full. Yet if we had even more refined fluids, we could keep adding them and we would never ever really fill the glass. Scanning electron microscopy shows us the spaces between atoms is rather open and can be filled with ever smaller substances. Yet even smaller substances have open space between their structural components. Our reality is sort of like open and expanded chicken wire when viewed with extreme magnification. The various subatomic fluids then fill up the apparent open space. The end reality is that a glass is never really empty. The glass is always full. We just change the ratio of what it contains.

25. ATP, a pyramidal structure enzyme component in our living cells, is used to convert hydrogen into energy to fuel and move our muscles to animate our bodies.

26. Recently, a star many light years away went super nova and sent a compression wave toward us. It was recorded as a “Gravity Wave”.

27. We can send signals to our space vehicles well beyond our atmosphere. And they can send responses back.

28. Air craft have less lift in warm air than in cold air.

29. Tossing a stone in a pond will produce a water wave outward from the point of impact.

30. High frequency radio frequencies can penetrate apparent solid objects.

31. OK perhaps the above is enough to draw some facts from to determine a common underlying cause. If one exists these should be enough for verification. But a common thread or cause must not be limited to these if it is truly universal.

As just noted, it is important that any concept must be applicable to each and all of the above if it is truly universal and indeed beyond including Quarks. Based on our years of research we determined that the universe is fluid in nature as believed to be the case by many classic scientists. Further, the fluid is composed of more refined and less refined fluid particles infinitely. This is evident in #24 and #26 then provides a universal application of Pascal’s law of hydraulics where he determined that, “pressure in a confined liquid is applied equally in all directions and all equal areas will receive equal force.” Resulting force is pressure on an area and pressure times the overall area will equal the force in what ever measurement one is using to document. If true, and evidence shows it is, the only shape possible for any basic particle would be a sphere. This is applicable to items # 1 through 6. And this would hold true for celestial objects as well. And it does! But does this account for other manifestations? Does this explain item # 24? Again, yes it does. However, being a fluid, the fluid will manifest fluid energy dynamics within each particle size range. All fluids we can see and work with to our advantage are composed of collective molecules made up of atoms. The fluids each have viscosity, can be moved by pumping, many will be more of a gas, such as hydrogen and oxygen, and will generally compress very well. Others with molecules more structured and compacted, such as engine or cooking oils, will be noticeably rigid, far less compressible, and will transmit pressure and transfer energy with little loss. This transfer of energy is consistent with items # 8, 28, 29, & 30.

What about item # 7? All particles have size, mass, energy, and radiate a specific frequency. And again, this must pertain to all mater seen or unseen infinitely large or small. A few physicists have posted, “Some particles observed are only frequencies and are mass-less.” To discuss this in a meaningful way we need to enter Newton’s law of energy and this relates to #s 18 and 19 above. Newton studied the properties of energy and motion. He determined in our reality at least that, “An object will not move unless it is acted upon by an unequal force. Also, he noted that once in motion an object will not change speed or direction unless again it is acted upon by and unequal force.” These ideas have served science well for generations. Recently, however, many scientists seem to believe that in a Quantum (very small) dimension Newton’s laws as they are referred to do not apply. They base this on observations of subatomic particles that behave unpredictably such as quarks. We believe they are simply incorrect as they do not have data to support their ideas. They only seem to post on observations and mathematical calculations without noting cause and effect. A basic fact that must underlie all of reality large or small is that if something moves it must have a cause. Movement is the effect. And all causes must relate to something physical however small, invisible and undetectable in itself. It will occupy space, have mass and internal energy that can be consumed and transferred to another form that then moves. This is thermo dynamics in action whether macro, micro, or quantum.

For a frequency to exist and register on any of our equipment it must have energy. Energy with slight variation of the formulas is a product of mass times velocity whether one is referring to kinetic energy or momentum. Thus, any new and unknown forms or sizes of energetic substances that are registering on the equipment must have mass or they would not be detected. This is simple logic. Further these must be in motion. The problem here is one of observation and perception. A detected frequency is movement of subatomic fluid. And subatomic fluid is real substances. But, the movement of this subatomic fluid is not the particle in question. The particle is actually the engine moving the particles that register on the equipment. So, observing the particle is not actually possible in all events. The presence of a particle then is indeed manifest because the frequency would not be present without it. This is per Newton. Nothing moves, including subatomic fluid, unless it is acted upon by an unequal force. Note #s 18, 19, 21, & 29 above. Therefore an engine or” prime motivator” must be present to create the observed vibrating frequency of subatomic fluid. Frequencies do not just happen; they are generated by a very specific something. So what is or are these somethings?

Searching for the prime movers of the universe.

Nicola Tesla, the scientist credited with the invention of alternating current electric systems, went to a meeting in Europe. He strung an insulated wire for about a mile around the city and both ends ended in the room where he was demonstrating. He showed the attending scientists that the wire was actually harvesting alternating energy from the subatomic energy of the space all around us. He proved that frequencies exist in nature and can be tapped into and used to our benefit. Further he proved that transmitting AC electricity over long distances was significantly more efficient than attempting to push direct current through wires resulting in significant losses. The AC was more in tune with natural frequencies and aided by them. So, no questions remain that the universe is in fact vibrating. Yet, to date, the prime movers causing these infinite numbers of frequencies have, to our knowledge, yet to be documented. That is, until now!

Our search led us to three-dimensional geometry and to the study of fractals. We knew that the basic building block of our and any other dimension must be spheres so we needed to know how they were assembled to create a prime mover. This led to the understanding that the smallest three-dimensional structure possible using spheres is a four sphere tetrahedron. This shape presents equal surfaces to the subatomic plasma on each of its four sides. And all sides will have equal external force applied. The shape looks like four marbles the same size with three on bottom and one on top. If you turn it the shape will be the same every time. Using the concept, we deduced that the shape will be sort of pointed at each of the four extremities and will in fact have an opening on each side. This opening then is a portal to the interior. Further the four spheres have their own internal energy that is repelling the fluid around them and the external fluid is what has forced them into this formation. We postulated that according to Newton laws that internal pressure cannot be the same as the external or the shape would not be held together. Thus, a differential pressure must exist between the inner and outer fluids. We developed a short mpg animated video of this effect. How it works as a prime mover is that the differential pressure will push a particle small enough to fit inside the tetrahedral structure through one of the side portals. As the small particle enters the interior pressure is insufficient to hold the particle in bond and it will dissolve releasing much smaller particles of energy in the interior of the tetrahedron. This energy, again the release of yet smaller substance, will impact the interior areas of the four spheres forming the tetrahedron. They will respond by moving away temporarily. As they move, they impact subatomic fluid in their vicinity and create an expansion such as the stone in the pond above. When the internal energy is all released the external pressure will force the tetrahedron back to the smaller size and the process will repeat. This way a regular expansion and contraction of the fluid in the area is created and propelled away from the tetrahedron that is now a Prime Mover. That is, it receives energy from smaller fueling fluid particles, releases them and physically moves the fluid around it creating a frequency wave that is proportional to the size and energy consumed within its structure.

Observe the video below.  The descending particles definitely stop.   Reform, oscillate, and the increases energy results in the rise to the top. What the particle in the video shows is called a “Primary Engine”. It is a “Prime Mover”. The basic concept behind the movement of these particles apply to general physics Specifically, the effects of “Universal differential hydraulic pressure” on particles. No other straightforward concept excludes the accuracy of this occurrence. A still camera would never provide a clue of this occurring. 

Having deduced this and studying it to insure it was consistent with Pascal’s laws of hydraulics, Newton’s laws of motion and did not fly in the face of Einstein’s concept of relativity we proceeded to study energy particles in water. To this end we developed a device, a magneto hydrodynamic centrifugal water energizer and separator. The simple name is a Vortex Water Trap.

This device sends water in a vortex through a column of strong magnets. The centrifugal force assisted by the differential pressure of gravity within the water work to separate higher energy from lower energy particles. Further study proved the energy samples obtained in this way produced a vortex when kept in glass and wrapped in aluminum foil. Some particles would rise to the surface and levitate off into the air. Even more, some of the energies would tunnel into the structure of the glass. So, yes, we were obtaining very active substances that are a normal part of water only we were concentrating them for further study.

Advanced study involved microscopic study of the structures and video of the movement of the particles in the water. What we found and documented in a video observed with an RCA Video Recorder with a 24 X optical zoom augmented with external10 X and then 7 X attached close up lenses, (up to 1,680 X) is that while significant numbers of energy particles stayed suspended in the water, many particles often rose to the surface. Some would sort of just lift off and away. Others would form short strings or clusters on the surface or internally at different depth. We observed multiple short strings of 4 energy particles slowly descend in the fluid. At a specific depth depending on their internal energy and specific gravity they would be forced into a tetrahedral formation by the hydraulic pressure of the liquid. This shape immediately started oscillating. The oscillation resulted in increased energy of the newly formed tetrahedron and it would slowly rise to the surface as it continued to oscillate. On the surface the atmospheric pressure was not enough to hold the four spheres in bond and it would again fall into a string of four and after a short interval it or others nearby would begin to descend into the fluid once more. This would repeat indefinitely unless one of the particles was dislodged from the shape by a surge in internal energy. As just stated, we have this on video in real time.

Our observations indicate the presence of harmonic frequencies faster than what was observed. That is, according the fractal energy, known laws of frequency length vs antenna tuning it is shown pretty clearly that the four spheres forming the observed tetrahedrons were them selves oscillating at a frequency that was multiple times faster than the observed oscillation which was approximately one pulse per second. See # 22 above. We deduce from this evidence that the small spheres were in tune to a sixty Hz (cycles per second) harmonic of much higher octaves that we did not have equipment to measure. But it is known that disharmonic frequencies cannot exist within the same structure because the waved lengths are not structurally supported. This is manifest evidence in real time showing very clearly the nature of the subatomic prime movers that drive all energy of the universe.

All this brings us back to the question of Quarks. In short Quarks can only be spontaneously formed tetrahedrons reacting to the subatomic fluids within the area of study. They form, begin to oscillate and are visible. Depending on which side entry portal a smaller particle enters, the tetrahedron will respond by moving as it oscillates. Again, pressure x area is the force and the structure will move to adjust its outward pressure to equalize with the external pressures. This effect will cause it to dance around seemingly at random for no rational reason. But, Newton had the answer. Differential force is the only way anything can move. The Quark can continue to oscillate and dance around forever or it may use up all nearby smaller particles fueling it and simply stop and become invisible. Then it may once again begin to oscillate as smaller substances are allowed to return. It may also bond to a nearby Quark or multiples and form larger structures that will produce a correlating wave frequency. It is important to understand that as the Quark oscillates it generates an energy wave and pressure that ripples out and away and in doing so forces some of the smaller particles away. When the Quark stops the energies are pushed back into the depleted area as in the collapsing of a magnetic field. See # 13 above. Then the quark once again has fuel and can begin again. It is also possible that a larger particle may be forced into the Quark that may release too much energy and the structure will be disassociated as one or more of the spheres that make it are dislodged by a surge in the resulting energy being consumed. In this case the tetrahedron will be gone. But, another may soon form if conditions are correct in the area of study.

Summary:

Differential pressures and resulting forces of the subatomic infinitely refined fluids that fill up the infinite universe is the common thread that ties the observable universe together. These pressures create prime mover spontaneously oscillating tetrahedral structures that then provide the energies and frequencies that animate the infinite universe resulting in life giving energy.

Each item listed above can be traced to the common thread of differential subatomic infinitely refined fluid pressure and force on equal areas. And the forces are dimensional in size and energy potential.

Quarks can only be subatomic spontaneously formed tetrahedral structures of four small spheres, made from substances within the infinite fluid aether. Strings, gluons, neutrinos and other quantum particles are not responsible for gravity, electricity or magnetism nor do any of these have the power to bond all mater we observe together. They are, after all, held together by something else. What else, subatomic aetheric fluid pressure. One does not need advanced math and quadratic formulas to verify this. Simple math does it. Pressure multiplied by the area is force. And unequal force alone will move any object large or infinitely small.
